Coronavirus Update
Updated 16th Feb 2021
Order Dispatch Times: 2 - 3 Working Days
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we are currently experiencing a slight delay in sending out orders to our customers.
The knock-on effect is that we are taking on average 2 to 3 working days to dispatch orders, which is not ideal for us as we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround and excellent communications if we are going to experience delivery delays.
We are also (where possible) sending as many orders as we can, directly from our suppliers, in order to get your items delivered ASAP, therefore you may have more than one delivery.
Deliveries
Our couriers – Royal Mail and DPD, have their own contingency plans and policies in place to ensure that their services can continue in manner that is safe for both their staff and those receiving the parcels. You can find their statements on coronavirus on their websites here: Royal Mail and DPD.
DPD is currently collecting and delivering your parcels as normal on a next day service. However, please note that due to staff shortages and the extra load on the network at the current time, Royal Mail parcels may take longer than usual to reach you once they have left us. Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for a parcel with Royal Mail to reach you.
Suppliers
We are in daily contact with our suppliers, many of whom already have their own contingency plans and policies in place to ensure business continuity for as long as possible. Should any supply chain issues arise, we will update this page and inform any affected customers as soon as possible.
Our sales team are working as normal and are available by phone, email or through the form on our Contact Us page.
We will continue to monitor the developing situation and will update this page accordingly.
We would like to thank you for the continued support of our business, and would like to wish you and your families the best of health.
